Project: Customer segmentation is the practice of dividing a customer base into groups of individuals that are similar in specific ways relevant to marketing, such as age, gender, interests and spending habits. I was tasked to take the customer data and boil down the information into easily digestible info-graphics and implement it using it the agreed upon flash card format.
I teamed with a copywriter to streamline the content. Once we shortened the copy to be digestible at a glance, I was able to design out the infographs and assign each category a color.
These cards were a big success - It was rewarding to see people referencing the cards meetings and sticking them up in their work spaces.
